- Self-paced courses include ongoing access to video content and materials unless otherwise noted.
- Cohort sessions are scheduled and may have limited seats. Recordings are provided when feasible.

- Do not share your account credentials or distribute course materials beyond personal use.
- Do not engage in harassment, hate speech, or any form of abuse in community spaces.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security or functionality of the service.
5. Purchases, refunds, and pricing
- Prices are displayed in USD and may change over time.
- Self-paced courses: 7-day refund window if less than 20% of the content is completed.
- Cohorts: partial refunds are available up to 72 hours before kickoff due to limited seating.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location.
6. Intellectual property
- All content, including videos, text, and designs, is owned by Plainroad Macrame Studio or licensed to us.
- You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
7. Community features
- We may moderate posts and remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations.
8. Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise any particular professional outcome. Your progress depends on your effort and practice.
9. Limitation of liability
